Race-Bred Carbon Chassis
The Sender CFR's full-carbon downhill chassis was developed with direct input from Canyon Factory Racing team racers. Its low-slung layout is designed to maximise stability, while 200 mm of rear suspension travel is engineered to absorb demanding downhill terrain.
With proven race-winning performance at the highest level of competition, the Sender CFR is designed to provide the speed, stability, and control required for serious downhill riding.
High Pivot. High Speeds.
The Sender's high-pivot suspension kinematics are designed to maintain control and speed across challenging terrain. The rearward axle path helps maximise grip and control through rough sections, while optimised anti-squat characteristics help minimise pedal kickback and provide support when pumping the trail to generate speed.
The high 130% anti-rise behaviour helps centre weight distribution during braking, contributing to improved traction and control when slowing down on steep or demanding sections.
Reach for the Win
The Sender CFR features a 63° head tube angle, generous reach, and increased stack height to create a confident and controlled riding position.
The mullet wheel configuration is designed around the proven downhill setup used at World Cup level. Its 438 mm chainstay also lengthens slightly as the suspension moves through its travel, helping balance agility with stability.
Riders can further fine-tune the fit using the ±8 mm reach-adjustment headset inserts. A longer setting can suit faster tracks, while a shorter setting can provide greater manoeuvrability on tighter and more technical courses.
K.I.S. – Keep It Stable
The Sender CFR features K.I.S. (Keep It Stable) steering stabilisation technology. The system adds adjustable self-centering stability to the steering, helping improve front-end predictability and rider feedback.
K.I.S. is designed to help maintain accurate lines through rough and unpredictable terrain while reducing the risk of front-wheel washouts and unwanted deflections from rocks, roots, and cross-ruts.
The system is maintenance-free and can also be removed when riders prefer to run the bike without it.

The Sender CFR is designed to adapt to different downhill tracks and riding conditions. Upper shock mount adjustments allow riders to choose between a more progressive leverage curve for improved composure on large impacts or a less progressive setting for increased compliance and traction.
A flip chip provides ±5 mm of bottom bracket height adjustment, allowing riders to fine-tune the bike's geometry for their preferred riding characteristics.
Bespoke shock tunes provide support and predictable suspension behaviour while maintaining the sensitivity required to find grip across demanding terrain.
Insanely Tough and Totally Practical
The Sender CFR is Category 5 rated and designed to withstand the demands of serious downhill riding. Its downtube uses impact-resistant HIT Carbon, the same material used on the Stitched CFR Trial, providing additional protection against demanding trail impacts.
Double-sealed bearings are designed to provide reliable performance throughout the riding season, while fully guided internal cable routing simplifies maintenance and cable replacement.
Replaceable threaded inserts and intelligently positioned bolt access points further improve serviceability, helping keep the Sender CFR on the trail and reduce unnecessary time in the workshop.
