1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday - Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 06:00 PM (GMT +7 / Jakarta Time).


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • We ship internationally, including the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
  • Trusted Couriers: FedEx, DHL, POS Indonesia and UPS.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days.
    • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days.
  • Customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout (if available).


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
  • Transparency: All shipping fees will be displayed clearly in your cart before you finalize the payment. No hidden handling fees.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for a minimum order amount of $2,000.00.


4. Customs & Import Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Worldracycles.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.


6. Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Worldracycles.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
