Return & Exchange Policy (United States Orders)

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. This includes change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect item received.

Free Returns:

  • We offer free returns for all new and unused products for customers in the United States.

  • Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Return:

  1. Fill out the returns form and include the reason for each returned product.

  2. Pack items in original, undamaged packaging and include all accessories.

  3. Visit our Returns Portal to generate your free return label and find a nearby drop-off point.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.

  • If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Warranty:

  • All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer and product.

  • For warranty claims, please contact us first at [email protected]. Shipping and service charges are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
