1. General Return Policy
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
- Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged during transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
2. Free 30-Day Returns
- Return Window: We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
- Condition Requirement: To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, with all original packaging, tags, and manuals intact.
- Change of Mind: We accept returns if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, provided the condition requirements above are met.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect Items: Return shipping is FREE if the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
- Customer Preference (Change of Mind): For standard returns (wrong size, change of mind), return shipping is free.
- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
4. Refund Process

- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–14 business days.
5. Warranty Information

6. How to Start a Return

- Label: Once approved, print the provided return shipping label.
- Pack: Securely pack the item in its original, undamaged packaging. Include the return form inside the box.
- Drop-off: Attach the label to the parcel and take it to the nearest authorized pick-up point.
7. Which Orders Can Be Returned?
- Online Orders: Items delivered to your home must be returned via our online Returns Portal.
- Click & Collect: Products collected in-store must be returned directly to our physical store location with proof of purchase.
