1. General Conditions
- We strive to provide service to all customers; however, we reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- While we aim for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or images are entirely error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
2. Purchasing & Contract
- By submitting an order, you authorize us to process your personal details for delivery purposes (including sharing data with trusted couriers).
- The contract of sale is formed only once we have confirmed acceptance of your order and verified the payment.
- Ownership of goods passes to the customer only upon receipt of full payment.
- Shipping Offers: Purchases over $2,000.00 qualify for free shipping. Purchases over $6,000.00 may include duty/tax coverage (standard conditions apply).
- Minimum Order: The minimum order value for international delivery is $100.00.
3. Payment Methods & Processing
To ensure a secure shopping experience, we accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal & Credit Cards: Instant processing and buyer protection.
- Secure Electronic Transfers: We also support International Bank Transfer (T/T), Paysend, Remitly, Revolut, and SendWave.
- Other Methods: Western Union (WU) and MoneyGram are available for specific regions (please contact support for secure instructions).
Payment Confirmation: To expedite your order, please notify our team once payment is initiated. Orders will be held for 3 business days pending payment confirmation. If no confirmation or proof of payment is received within this period, the order may be subject to automatic cancellation to release stock for other customers.
4. Delivery & Express Shipping
- Standard Lead Time: We aim to deliver goods within 7 working days globally. However, exact dates depend on courier schedules and customs clearance.
- Trusted Logistics: All shipments are handled by premium couriers including DHL, FedEx, POS Indonesia and UPS.
- Orders are dispatched only after payment has been fully verified and cleared.
5. Money-Back Guarantee & Claims
- Non-Delivery: We offer a full refund if your order is not delivered due to our error or courier loss.
- Damaged Goods: If items arrive damaged, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to the buyer, provided the damage is reported within 48 hours.
- Accuracy: We guarantee that all bikes are brand new and authentic.
