The 2025 Marin Alpine Trail E1 Bosch is the entry point into Marin’s most aggressive electric mountain bike platform. Designed for riders who tackle steep, technical terrain and demand long range, the Alpine Trail E1 delivers serious enduro performance powered by Bosch.
Enduro Geometry with Maximum Adjustability
Built around Marin’s Series 4 aluminum MultiTrac 2 LT frame, the Alpine Trail E1 features 170mm front and 160mm rear travel. Adjustable head tube angle (+/- 0.75°) and flip-chip chainstay/BB settings allow riders to fine-tune handling for terrain, riding style, and wheel configuration.
Bosch Performance Line CX Power & Range
The heart of the bike is the Bosch Performance Line CX motor, producing up to 85Nm of torque and 600W of peak power. A massive 750Wh PowerTube battery delivers exceptional range of up to 78 miles (125km), ideal for all-day mountain missions.

The Alpine Trail E1 is equipped with Marzocchi Z1 suspension and a Marzocchi CR coil rear shock for controlled, confident riding on rough descents. Shimano’s CUES 10-speed drivetrain offers durability and smooth shifting, while TRP Slate EVO 4-piston brakes with 203mm rotors keep speed in check.
