Selection and prices are great
Selection and prices are great! Only drawback is search feature (filters) are not very robust, resulting in many pages that you need to scroll through to find the exact product that you want.
You need a better search feature as well, general searches are not useful for us bikers, as we tend to be very specific about the gear we need.
But...great service, returns, good delivery speeds, and superb selection.

A reliable store.
Because bicycle parts can be hard to find in Ireland, even from dealer shops it's important to have a reliable source to obtain parts.

Having used worldracycles on three occasions now, I'm very happy to recommend them to others.

While shipping to Ireland under a certain price point isn't free, it's always been a premium carrier such as DHL with tracking.

Prices are are also very competitive, I rarely find a cheaper alternative.

I have used worldracycles for number of years now and have purchased hundeds of different parts from them. They have almost everything I could ever need and the next day delivery is pure gold if you happen to have a mechanical just before a race weekend.

95% of the time I have got excatly what I had ordered. No delays, no extra fuss, nothing. Works like a charm.

Three times have I had to make a reclamation (2 x faulty item and 1 x missing item). Every time the customer service have replied within 12 hours and after one or two emails they have refunded me the value of the item.

Excellent experience overall
Excellent experience overall. Orders are processed quickly and arrive super fast. You get informed about single steps incl. tracking number.
Also the customer service is quick and competent in replying to questions or solving any kind of issues.
I ordered several times and will do again. Highly recommendable!
