• If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us and we will refund the shipping charges as well.
• We aim to make returns simple and always put our customers' interests first.

• All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Warranty terms vary between manufacturers and products. Please refer to your product documentation for details.
• Keep all manufacturer documents to help communicate with us or the manufacturer directly if needed.
• Be aware that shipping and service charges are not covered by manufacturer’s warranty.

3. Free 30-Day Returns

• We offer free returns within 30 days for all new or unused products.
• It doesn’t matter if you change your mind or order the wrong size: just follow our simple returns process.

4. Return Process

1. Fill out the returns form and provide the reason for returning each product.
2. Pack all products in their original, undamaged packaging, place them in the box, and include the returns form.
3. Visit our Returns Portal to order your return.
4. Print the label, stick it on the parcel, and take it to the nearest pick-up point.

5. Which Orders Can Be Returned?

• Orders placed directly at worldracycles.com and delivered to your home can only be returned via worldracycles.com.
• Products ordered on worldracycles.com and collected via Click & Collect must be returned directly to our store. Please show proof of purchase when returning the product.

For deliveries from Worldracycles to your location, please visit the Returns Portal to create a free returns label and find a nearby pickup station.
